The palletisation island refers to the area dedicated to creating pallets before storage and delivery.
The system enables automatic placement of packed products on pallets made of wood according to European standards and guarantee automatic pick-up of single empty pallets from a specific stack.
By means of an anthropomorphic robot, elements are picked up by a feed roller and quickly and accurately placed on pallets. Packaging with stretch film is carried out after creating a pallet. This secures the pallet and makes it totally safe.
All palletisation systems are designed and built by Morgante Engineering and Systems based on the customer’s requirements.

Combi Line
Rotary system processing line

The Combi Line was designed to meet our customers’ requirements who work in the fruit and vegetable sector: certain products such as grapes, bunches of tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, persimmons, elongated pears (basically more delicate fruit) cannot, in fact, be machine processed.
This rotary system processing line is an evolution of the classic “Easy Line”, and enables simultaneous processing of several products/packaging.
Fully customisable in its entirety, it can be coupled to all end lines and packaging machines (turntables, flowpack, labelling machines, screening machines, heat-shrinking ovens), making the production cycle more fluid and avoiding unnecessary steps that waste time and additional employment of personnel. Since it is made entirely of aluminium, it also guarantees high hygiene standards, which are an essential requirement for those operating in the agri-food industry.
The following are among the numerous advantages of the Combi Line:
- Option to carry out multiple simultaneous processing on the line;
- Easy to transfer the product from the line to the processing bench;
- Reduction in traffic of handling vehicles;
- Entirely made of modules: does not have any welding points. However, since it is modular, it can be reduced or extended easily according to personal requirements.

The Filler HS-16 performs a task as simple as delicate and expensive: it inserts the baskets (in flowpack, with lid and meshed) inside a preformed cardboard plateau or plastic boxes.
Customizable according to the customer’s needs, the filler, thanks to a head controlled by a PLC, is able to place inside the 40×60 pack, the baskets machined out of the line, a flowpack, a labeller, etc.
Among the numerous advantages
- A significant increase in productivity (up to 10/100 baskets per minute depending on the processed product);
- Important reduction of personnel employed: the machine can be managed by a single operator for empty packaging loading;
- Greater precision and delicacy (essential for the packaging of delicate products such as table grapes, cherries, tomatoes) in the arrangement of the baskets inside the package;
